Come and join the festivities by walking in honor of a friend, loved one, relative, or family member either battling cancer by purchasing a gold bag and candle, or memorializing one who succumbed to the disease by purchasing a pink bag and candle.  Each bag, candle and Foundation t-shirt will cost $20 and ALL proceeds go the Susan Satriano Foundation, an organization dedicated to financially helping kids whose parents presently suffer or passed away from cancer.  The Foundation has aided over 130 such students to defray the high expenses of a college education with over $130,000 in its 6 year existence.

Sponsorships, raffle prizes, live bands, face painting and balloon twisting for kids, food and refreshments will be available during the event.  Music from 2 live bands, and featuring professional singer/song writer, Flora Midwood, as we all walk to honor those that are dealing with cancer.  FUN FOR ALL AGES!  Register early as this event is certain to be sold out.

The Susan Satriano Foundation Walk of Lights will be located at the Oceanside High School Football Field at 3160 Skillman Avenue in Oceanside.  The event will take place on October 22nd from 6:30 PM—8:30 PM (Rain date is Saturday, October 29th).
