🐰 Little Chocolate Easter Bunnies

By Lisa Goldstein Angerame of Lisa's Project: Vegan April 4, 2012

My niece inspired me to make my own little chocolate bunnies.  So simple.  Order a mold.   Melt chocolate.  Aren't they cute?  I can't wait to fill up our Easter baskets!

8oz vegan chocolate chips
1 bunny mold (16 little bunnies)

Melt the chocolate over a double boiler.  Using a spoon gently place the chocolate in each mold and spread it around to make sure the chocolate is in the entire bunny.  Gently tap the mold on the counter to release air bubbles.  Place in the freezer for at least an hour.  Pop the bunnies out of the mold.  Enjoy!

p.s. there will be extra melted chocolate.  Make these: frozen chocolate covered bananas!
