Quarantine has been hard on us all, but especially our kids. With the infection rate percentages going up in our local communities, we want our kids to be happy but also safe and healthy. If your kids are bored staying at home and want to have some safe fun, we have the perfect event for you.

To Tie-Dye for Clothing and Once Upon a Sundae have partnered to create an event for kids on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Monday, January 18th) from 12-1pm and 1:30-2:30pm. During this one-hour event, your child will be able to choose to tie-dye either 3 scrunchies, 2 headbands, 2 pairs of ankle socks or 1 child size face mask, as well as decorate their own ice cream sundae. And the best part for parents – they can sit and have complimentary coffee or have one hour of freedom and peace of mind!

All surfaces such as light switches, handles, play areas and bathrooms are thoroughly sanitized between all parties and temperature checks will be taken at the door. Face masks must be worn at all times (except for when children are eating their sundaes!) and hand sanitizer will be available for everyone to use. Once Upon a Sundae also uses an air filter and a UV disinfection lamp as extra precautions which improves the air quality and prevents the spread of COVID-19. To reserve your child’s spot for this event, please call (516) 208-6737. Reservations are required since there are limited spots available.
