RealizeHarmony.com : Honoring the music, art and ideas of Allan Fox

February 28, 2023

Realize Harmony began as a production house under the creative vision of Allan Fox. Allan shared meaningful and motivational messages of kindness, peace, gratitude and love through his doodles, writings, songs and animations. His inspiration came from words of Stoicism, Buddhism, and other philosophies.

He planned to retire from 40 years of work in Human Resources to pursue his passion for the arts in a way that would help others by spreading mindful thoughts of peace and love.

Allan passed away prematurely, eight months after retiring. Ilene, his loving wife, took it upon herself to spread Allan's message of peace, love and doodles!

You can enjoy the many benefits of Allan’s musings through Realize Harmony’s products and programs for schools, workplaces, and supportive spaces, and by helping to share the positivity with others!

BRING THE POWER OF DOODLING INTO YOUR DAILY LIFE!

Realize Harmony programs are effective for many different sectors. In today’s world, it is more important than ever to keep what matters at the forefront.

Ilene’s Story

Ilene is a passionate educator and a giving mom, sister, daughter, and friend. She is a 24-year veteran of the Merrick UFSD where she has taught the 2nd and 3rd grade. Ilene earned her degree at Bank St. College, and spent her first four years teaching PreK-2 in private schools. She met Allan on a beautiful summer day sparking an instant connection. They fell in love over many bike rides, cooking vegan food, and sharing the mindset of loving-kindness. Allan proposed from their balcony while giving Ilene a guitar lesson during the pandemic shutdown. Her daughter Amelia had pre-planned with Allan to film it on video. The occasion was soon featured in The Post for an article on the most romantic pandemic proposals. When Allan suddenly passed away, Ilene became inspired to promote his legacy by sharing his music, art, and ideas in her classroom. It was such a hit that it was featured in the news and has become a movement expanding to other school districts and beyond. Ilene can be contacted via her website or her email ilene@realizeharmony.com
