Chana W - Mosquito Shield is a very well run company. It is easy to schedule seasonal appointments with them. They are flexible if changes need to be made. They send text notifications a day before the appointment, as well as a half hour before they will be arriving. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. The people in the field are also very pleasant. Last year was the 1st season that we used MS, and subsequently, the 1st summer that we were able to sit in our backyard (especially during covid isolation) without getting bitten by mosquitoes!!! We are very satisfied & recommended them to others.
Bruce R - First of all, the service really works. No mosquitos. The technicians take care of the entire area - no shortcuts. I wasn't snooping, but I was interested in watching the process from my house. I went from window to window and the technician sprayed everywhere; he went under my deck's steps to reach an outermost area. He did the right thing.
The company is friendly, responsive, easy to talk to on the phone. They are a smooth, well-oiled machine doing what they promise. I'm happy.

The customer service is FANTASTIC - literally the best customer service of any company that I have ever done business with. And yes, it may sound like I must be connected to Mosquito Shield, but I am not. I am just a very happy customer. Their billing service is incredibly easy and automated. They provide discounts for early renewals. And most importantly, we live on the South Shore near the water and yet we are mosquito FREE! I highly recommend Mosquito Shield and especially the one in Nassau County.

We signed on with Mosquito Shield last summer and have been very pleased with the result. During the heart of Covid it was really important for us to have a backyard that we could not only spend time in, but the kids could run around in all summer without being covered in bites as they had been in past years, so we called Mosquito Shield and were able to actually enjoy our backyard!
