Spend the day with your feet in the sand at NY Fit Fest’s fitness, a beauty and wellness extravaganza, at Allegria Hotel & Beach. Over 30 fitness classes will be offered during the retreat, including dance programs, recovery and mindfulness workshops, disco aerobics, an “Ultimate Ninja Warrior” course and much more.
