Kiefer Swim Paddle Run

Michael V. Kiefer was a New York City Firefighter (assigned to Ladder 132) who heroically gave his life on September 11, 2001. He was also s a Long Beach Lifeguard who loved life and the ocean. This event is meant to be a challenging workout to honor Michael’s dedication and perseverance.
